I am attracted by the animation in the middle of this video. The small character's hunger is expressed by squeezing clay, which is very vivid with the background music, and the magnification of the eyes when the two characters look at each other is particularly good.

The first two pictures are the scene before the girl walks into the room, I love the setting of the scene, creating an atmosphere of horror and suspense.

After entering the room, that is, the following two pictures, the overall tone of the video screen has changed to a warm tone, depicting a warm scene.

The stop-motion short film "To Fit In" focuses on the theme of individuality and the pressures of conformity. It uses meticulously crafted character designs that highlight the contrast between those who stand out and those who blend into their environment. In addition to the scene layout, I also like the creative significance of this video. The idea that the producer of the video wanna convey to us is to let women learn to be brave and be themselves. Every woman deserves to be respected and pursue her ideal jobs or life.

The reason why I like this stop-motion animation is that it is good at switching shots, shooting from different angles, overlooking Angle, full view Angle, front and side, combined with the background in the picture. and the contrasting colors to reflect the emotional journey of the protagonist, who finds peace in solitude. Final Project: Stop Motion

Proposal

Mr.Martin suggested that I break the brick into two halves after hitting the little character, which would add to the fun.

Process:

After making the clay at home, I made an appointment with Mr. Martin for the photo shoot at 10am, and the process went very smoothly.

Compared with Pr, I prefer the operating interface and special effects functions of JianYing, so I chose to use JianYing for editing.

Reflections

Creating a stop-motion project is a meticulous yet rewarding process that offers many learning opportunities. During our first group assignment, we encountered several challenges that tested our patience and problem-solving skills.

One significant issue was the size of the paper cutouts. Initially, we made the cutouts too small, believing it would allow for more detailed animation. However, when we began shooting, the small pieces became incredibly difficult to handle. The slightest movement would disrupt the intended frame, causing inconsistencies and frustration.

Despite the challenges, the process taught us the importance of preparation, teamwork, and adaptability. Each problem pushed us to refine our techniques and improve communication within the group. Moving forward, we plan to allocate more time to pre-production, test ideas more thoroughly, and continuously seek innovative solutions for any technical or creative obstacles.

This experience not only enhanced our technical skills but also strengthened our collaboration as a team, laying a solid foundation for future projects.
