REFLECTION

This module has been a valuable experience in understanding how design and strategy come together in the digital space. In our group, we worked through data analytics, content ideation, and final execution, which taught me how to think critically and design with purpose.

In the first task, we analyzed real analytics data, which helped me understand how user behavior can shape design decisions. It was eye-opening to see how metrics like engagement rate or bounce rate could influence layout and content tone.

During content ideation and planning, we developed weekly social media content tailored to a selected brand. Rotating roles helped me step out of my comfort zone—I got to practice strategy, copywriting, and visual direction. It improved my ability to communicate clearly as part of a team.

The final project tied everything together. We created a pitch deck and design application based on our earlier insights. I learned to use design tools not just for visuals, but for delivering messages effectively across platforms.

Overall, this module taught me how to combine creativity with data, and how collaboration can bring better design outcomes. It gave me more confidence in using design for real-world communication.
